Ignacio González-Páramo

Ignacio González-Páramo currently serves as the Global Head of Compliance, Payments at Papaya Global, a company specializing in workforce management services that acquired Azimo to enhance payroll and payment solutions. Previously, Ignacio was an Executive Board Member of the European Payment Institutions Federation (EPIF), contributing to the organization's mission to improve competition among payment service providers in the EU. Ignacio held the position of Global Head of Regulatory Compliance at Thunes, facilitating payments for major global businesses, and served as Vice President of Global Compliance & Regulatory Affairs at Payvision. Earlier experience includes leadership roles at ServiRed / Visa España and a consultancy position at Experiencia - Internet Consulting. Ignacio completed a Bachelor of Laws at Universidad Pontificia Comillas and a Master’s Degree in E-commerce and Information Technologies at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid.
