Yana David is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations management and process improvement. Currently serving as the Business Ops Process Manager at Papaya Global since April 2021, Yana focuses on mapping and enhancing operational processes through automation and improved protocols. Previously, as the Data Operations Team Leader at Papaya Global, Yana managed global operational teams, ensuring data integrity and efficient onboarding for clients. At TARYA, Yana held the position of Head of Back Office, overseeing a team dedicated to loan origination and anti-money laundering activities. Yana also has a strong consulting background, having advised financial institutions on operational risks at NTL Management, and led multiple teams in various capacities at Excellence Nessuah Investment House Ltd. Yana holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Management from The Open University of Israel.
