Truong Hoa has extensive experience in the insurance and financial sectors, currently serving as a Senior Claims Assessor at Papaya Insurtech since July 2021. Previously, Truong held the position of Senior Claims Executive at Bao Long Insurance from April 2020 to April 2021 and worked at Marsh in various roles, including Claims Executive and Claims Trainee, from May 2016 to April 2020. Prior experience includes serving as a Life Insurance Agent at Bao Viet Life from January 2016 to February 2019, which followed participation in a Talent Internship Programme in 2016. Early career roles include working as a Cashier at Trung Nguyên Franchising and an intern at Sacombank Securities. Truong holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Insurance, and Investment from the University of Finance - Marketing, completed in 2016.
