Chris Del Bene

Chris Del Bene has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. They most recently worked at Papaya starting in 2023 as a Senior Product Designer. Prior to that, they worked at Ibotta, Inc. from 2016 to 2023 in several roles, including Product Designer and Associate Product Designer. In these positions, they were involved in user research, usability testing, visual design, UI design, and prototyping, and successfully developed a product MVP that projected to save 10,000 annual labor hours for the company. They also worked closely with senior product designers, UX researchers, and product managers on various squads, providing user testing, wireframes, UI treatments, and prototypes.

Before Ibotta, Chris worked at Blue Moon Digital, Inc. from 2015 to 2016 as an Ecommerce Specialist, where they focused on SEO, affiliate marketing, and content strategy for multiple retail e-commerce brands. They also worked as a Digital Marketing Specialist and Intern at Blue Moon Digital, where they conducted competitive analysis, performed keyword research, and worked on social media and e-commerce UX copywriting.

Prior to their roles at Blue Moon Digital, Chris worked at Target in 2014 as an Executive Team Leader, where they assisted in managing a team and coordinating strategies for floor layouts, product placement, sales plans, and promotional displays. Their efforts led to a high-ranking toy department.

Chris Del Bene completed a Certificate of Completion in UX Design & UI Design from General Assembly in 2019. In 2011, Chris began attending the University of Denver, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BSBA) degree in Marketing in 2015. During their time at the University of Denver, Chris also pursued a Minor in Chinese Language from Peking University in 2013. Additionally, Chris obtained a User Experience Design Certificate of Completion from General Assembly in July 2019 and a Microsoft Office Specialist certification from Microsoft in January 2012.
