In 2014, they were an Intern at Ideas United, a Change Management Consultant at The Task Force for Global Health, Inc., and a GMR Marketing GIRLS Ambassador at HBO. In 2015, they were a Marketing Coordinator at Brand Knew. In 2017, they were a Manager of Research and Analytics, Senior Strategist, and Strategist at Influential. In 2020, they became a Senior Business Analyst and Business Analyst at Papaya. Finally, in 2022, they became a Mentor at First Round Fast Track.

Leahna P. obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Strategy and Management Consulting and Film and Media Management from Emory University.
