Joe Hruska

Joe Hruska has over 30 years of work experience, including positions at various companies. Joe currently serves as the Vice President of Global Supply Chain at Paper Converting Machine Company since January 2022. Prior to this role, they were the Supply Chain Director at the same company since July 2016.

Before joining Paper Converting Machine Company, Joe worked at Kohler Co. as a Supply Chain Manager from January 2007 to August 2012. Joe was responsible for leading the raw material purchasing team and managing over $90M in spend. Joe also negotiated agreements with an annual value of up to $20M.

During their earlier career, Joe served in the US Army, where they rose to the rank of Lieutenant Colonel. Joe held various positions, including Logistics Officer, and was involved in operations such as Operation Desert Storm, Operation Enduring Freedom, and Operation Iraqi Freedom. Joe received several awards during their service, including the Bronze Star Medal and the Meritorious Service Medal.

Joe also worked at Körber as a Senior Buyer from May 2003 to December 2006. In this role, they were responsible for buying electrical commodities and introduced strategic sourcing strategies to the local team.

Joe Hruska has a Bachelor of Applied Science - BASc degree in Transportation and Logistics from Iowa State University. Joe also holds a Master of Arts - MA degree in Purchasing, Procurement/Acquisitions and Contracts Management from Webster University from 1998 to 2000.
