Ronald Baus

Ronald Baus is a seasoned quality engineer currently employed at Paper Converting Machine Company since May 2021. Prior to this role, Ronald held various prominent positions at The C.A. Lawton Co. from August 2013 to August 2021, including Director of Project Management and Technical Services Manager, where key responsibilities involved managing new product development projects and leading a team to achieve significant process improvements and cost reduction. Ronald’s extensive career in engineering began in 1985 and includes roles such as Industrial Engineer and Operations Analyst, demonstrating a strong ability to implement lean methodologies and enhance operational efficiencies across multiple sectors, including automotive and manufacturing. Ronald holds a Master of Science in Industrial & Manufacturing Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, along with additional education from UW-Madison School of Business and Northeast Wisconsin Technical College.
