Dragan Rusnov is a seasoned technology and business professional, currently serving as CEO and Co-Founder of Paper Plane Consulting LLC since July 2024. With extensive experience in software development, architecture, and DevOps, Dragan has held key leadership roles including Director of Software Development at Fresh Consulting, where strategic transformation efforts enhanced operations and team culture. Previously, Dragan founded and co-founded multiple firms, driving consulting services and innovative solutions across various sectors, including a successful pet care startup during the COVID-19 pandemic. Educational credentials include an A.A.S. in Web Development from the Community Colleges of Spokane and studies in Mechanical Engineering.
