Marisa Burkhart has extensive experience in educational technology and sales, currently serving as Chief Revenue Officer at Paper since June 2025. Prior to this role, Marisa spent a decade at Instructure in various positions, including Vice President of K12 Sales and Director of Enterprise Sales for K12. Marisa's career began at Huntley Community School District 158, where responsibilities included serving as Director of Educational Technology and as an 8th Grade Science Teacher. Marisa holds a Business Strategy Certificate from Cornell University and several degrees from National Louis University and the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, including a Master of Arts in Secondary Education and a Bachelor of Science in Biology.
