Michael Jover

Michael Jover is an experienced professional in revenue management and partnerships, currently serving as the Partnership Manager at Paper since December 2020, overseeing operations in Arizona and Mississippi. As a Co-Founder of Progressa, Jover developed the business model and held leadership roles as Vice President and Chief Revenue Officer, as well as Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, where responsibilities included managing revenue growth, overseeing daily operations, and building strategic partnerships. Prior to Progressa, Jover founded Right Credit Solution, helping Canadians with debt and credit issues, and held roles in credit analysis and collections at Sonepar Canada and CBV Collection Services Ltd, respectively. Jover earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Douglas College, specializing in Business and Corporate Communications.
