Anne Lee Phillips is a seasoned freelance writer and editor with a focus on design and lifestyle topics. Since May 2019, Phillips has contributed to Architectural Digest by writing a weekly column titled "Texas, Did you Hear?" and producing project spotlight and event stories. Additionally, Phillips has served as a contributing editor for PaperCity Magazine since December 2014 and has a background in writing and editing for interior designers from January 2010 to December 2014. Previous roles include senior paralegal at Wenner Media, where major publications such as Rolling Stone and Us Weekly were produced, and corporate paralegal at Paul Weiss, specializing in intellectual property and entertainment law. Early editorial experience includes contributing editor roles at Purple Heart Magazine. Phillips holds a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Virginia and is currently pursuing continuing education courses at the New York School of Interior Design.
