Production Support Analyst at Papercup

Franco Trossero has been working in various roles since 2017. Franco began as an ESL Teacher at Saint Patrick's Institute, where they taught English to students aged 10-50 and provided private tutoring. In 2021, they began working at Papercup as a Production Support Analyst and a Freelance Translator. Franco also began working at Balfe's Bikes as a Store Operations Manager, where they were responsible for handling customer inquiries and complaints, raising and maintaining warranties, and managing order books and customer orders.

Franco Trossero completed a Bachelor's degree in Scientific, Technical and Literary Translation from Instituto de Educación Superior Nº 28 Olga Cossettini between 2012 and 2017. In 2015, they completed an English Conversation Course (2 CEU’s) from A.C.E Language Institute, University of Rhode Island (URI) in Rhode Island, USA. In 2014, they completed a 40-hour course on English Grammar and Pronunciation (4 CEU’s) and a 40-hour course on American Culture and Government (4 CEUs) from Sojourner-Douglass College in Washington DC, USA. Franco also completed a Subtitling Course from Connections Servicios Idiomáticos in Rosario, Argentina in 2013.
