Kaylee Parkinson has worked in various roles since 2009. Her first job was as a Screening Officer at Powerchex in 2009. Kaylee then moved to K2 Partnering Solutions as an HR and Office Administrator in 2010. In the same year, they also worked as a Graduate Recruitment Coordinator for the Investment Management Division at Goldman Sachs (via Hays). In 2012, they became a Graduate Recruitment Executive at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP. In 2013, they were a Graduate Recruiter for Global Investment Research at Goldman Sachs. In 2016, they worked as a Tech Intern Recruiter and Programme Specialist (contract via Adecco) at Google. In 2017, they were a Global Operations Manager for the Graduate Development Programmes at GSK and a Tech Campus Programmes and Recruitment Lead at Expedia, Inc. Since 2018, they have been working at SparkBeyond as the Head of People and Culture EMEA & US and People and Culture Lead EMEA. Most recently, in 2021, they became the Head of People at Papercup, a machine learning start-up transforming the media industry.
Kaylee Parkinson attended King's College London from 2006 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Ancient Kaylee'story.
