Md. Mashfikur Rahman has a diverse and well-rounded work experience. Md.mashfikur began their career in 2012 at Vision Group as an Assistant Engineer, where they gained valuable experience and appreciation for the company's support in their professional growth. In 2014, they joined Shinest Group as a Sub. Asst. Engineer, responsible for overseeing the mechanical and electrical systems in a garment accessory production factory. This role lasted until 2019. In 2018, they briefly worked as a Javascript Developer before joining Paperfly Limited in 2019 as a Quality Control Engineer, a position they currently hold.

Md. Mashfikur Rahman completed their Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Prime University, which they attended from 2015 to 2018. Prior to that, they pursued a Diploma in Engineering Power Technology at Barisal Polytechnic Institute in Barisal from 2008 to 2012. Their secondary education was completed at Aramkathi Hazi Ibrahim High school, where they obtained their SSC degree from 2003 to 2008.
