Mohammad Moin Uddin has a diverse work experience spanning over 16 years. Mohammad Moin started their career in 2004 as a Customer Service Agent at Agora Limited, where they provided counseling and problem-solving support to customers and staff. Mohammad Moin then moved on to Meet, Great and Assist Services Pvt Ltd in 2006, where they worked as a Senior Executive Administration, responsible for various administrative tasks such as preparing vouchers, maintaining ledgers, and negotiating contracts.

In 2009, Mohammad joined QUBEE as a Senior Territory Executive, where they established and maintained business relationships with customers and evaluated distributors' performance. Mohammad Moin later became a Relationship Manager, focusing on building and maintaining relationships with clients and identifying opportunities for further sales.

In 2018, Mohammad joined Paperfly Limited as a Manager Shuttle & Sorting Operations, where they implemented new procedures and systems to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Mohammad Moin also liaised and negotiated with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers, and consumers. Mohammad Moin then served as an Area Sales Manager at Beximco Communications Limited in 2019, where they successfully achieved monthly sales targets and built a strong sales network.

Currently, Mohammad is working at Paperfly as a Senior Manager Network Operations. Their responsibilities include purchasing and maintaining vehicles for delivery operations and making decisions regarding vehicle acquisition.

Through their various roles, Mohammad has gained extensive experience in sales, customer service, administration, operations, and relationship management.

Mohammad Moin Uddin's education history begins in 1994 when they completed their S.S.C (secondary school certificate) in Science from Civil Aviation High School. Mohammad Moin then proceeded to attend Govt. Science College from 1996 to 1997, where they obtained their High School degree in Science.

In 2000, Mohammad enrolled at Govt. Titumir College and pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Science, graduating in 2002.

Continuing their education, Mohammad attended Royal University of Dhaka from 2005 to 2006, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a specialization in Marketing.

In addition to their formal education, Mohammad Moin Uddin has obtained several certifications. In 2001, they completed a Sales Management Program from Enroute Management Consulting. Then, in 2014, they participated in an Advance Communication Skill Program offered by HRKites. In 2016, they acquired a certification in Practical Search Engine Optimization from BASIS Institute of Technology & Management (BITM). Mohammad Moin also completed a Direct Sales Techniques To Satisfy Customer course from People Solutions Bangladesh in 2017. Moreover, they obtained a certification in New Selling Techniques To Satisfy Customers from Sales Plus in the same year.
