Dustin currently holds positions in Max Packaging Solutions, Paperfoam, and Allen Elva Packaging, specializing in sustainable packaging solutions and luxury packaging development. Prior to their current roles, Dustin has held leadership positions in companies such as Giftagram, Jansy, MW Luxury Packaging, AGI-Shorewood, and Shorewood Packaging, demonstrating their expertise in the industry. Dustin also holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from the University of the West of England.
