Nikki Kemper is a Process Engineer and Design and Mould Engineer at PaperFoam since January 2019, specializing in the design of biodegradable packaging trays and the development of injection moulding tools. Previously, Nikki held the position of Design Engineer at RPC Group Plc from February 2017 to December 2018 and completed an internship in 2014 at Lectoraat Kunststoftechnologie Windesheim, involved in research and support for small businesses regarding plastics. Additional experience includes roles as a Theatre Programmer at Cultuur op de Campus from August 2012 to September 2013, an intern at People Creating Value in early 2013, and another internship at Jardin Netherlands B.V. in late 2010. Nikki earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Industrial and Product Design from HAN University of Applied Sciences, alongside further education at KU Leuven during 2015-2016.
