Nina Maksimovic Arin has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries.
Nina began their career in 2012 with an internship in event management at BASF. In 2016, they worked as a freelancer in refugee aid at the Internationaler Bund Jugendmigrationsdienst until 2018.
In 2018, Nina joined diva-e Digital Value Excellence GmbH as a working student in HR, and later returned in 2019 as an HR business partner. Nina gained experience in diversity management during an internship at Daimler AG from February to July 2019.
Nina continued their HR career at diva-e Digital Value Excellence GmbH, where they worked as a trainee HR from November 2019 to March 2021. Nina then progressed to the role of junior HR business partner from April 2021 to March 2022, and finally became an HR business partner from April 2022 to January 2023.
Currently, Nina is employed at Papershift as a senior HR manager, a role they have held since January 2023. Additionally, they also serve as the HR team lead at the same company since April 2023.
Nina Maksimovic Arin has a diverse education history. From 2007 to 2015, they attended Fichte Gymnasium, where they obtained their allgemeine Hochschulreife. Following this, they pursued their Bachelor's degree at Karlshochschule International University from 2016 to 2019, majoring in Intercultural Management & Communication. In 2018 and 2019, they also studied at Universidad CEU San Pablo, earning a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations. Continuing their academic journey, Nina attended Hochschule München University of Applied Sciences from 2020 to 2023, specializing in Interkulturelle Kommunikation & Kooperation, and obtaining their Master of Arts degree. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including "Emotionale Intelligenz entwickeln" and "Interkulturelle Kompetenz," both from LinkedIn in September and May 2021 respectively, as well as "Diversität und Inklusion in globalen Unternehmen" from LinkedIn in May 2021.
