Carter Lathrop

Carter Lathrop has extensive experience in the field of software engineering. Carter currently holds the position of Engineering Team Lead at Ondo Finance, starting in August 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Software Engineer at the same company from June 2022 to August 2022. Before joining Ondo Finance, Carter co-founded Paperstreet VC in May 2018 and served as the CTO. Carter worked at Salesforce from January 2016 to May 2018, where they held the role of Tech Lead - Full Stack Engineer. Prior to joining Salesforce, Carter worked at Hero Digital as a Full Stack Engineer from July 2015 to May 2018. Carter also gained experience as a Java Developer at Wells Fargo from April 2015 to July 2015. Additionally, they worked as a Software Developer at Arvato Systems from July 2013 to March 2015 and as a Customer Support Engineer at Appcelerator from December 2012 to July 2013.

Carter Lathrop completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Engineering from Lehigh University from the year 2009 to 2013. In April 2018, they obtained a certification as a Programming Blockchain Seminar Graduate.
