Vicki Jones

Vicki Jones is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer support, HR, and management. Currently serving as the Head of Success & HR at Papertrail.io since September 2019, Vicki has also held roles including Customer Support and HR Manager and Customer Support Agent within the same company, contributing to its reputation as a leading platform in inspection, safety, and asset management. Prior to Papertrail, Vicki worked as a PA/Administrative at British Fibre Networks Ltd and as a Bar Manager at JUSTAGIN LIMITED. Vicki's extensive management experience includes a 16-year tenure at Virgin Trains as the Onboard Manager for the Holyhead to Euston line, overseeing revenue and staff. Vicki began a career in journalism as an Anglesey Reporter/Chief Reporter for North Wales Newspapers, providing coverage for various local events and pages. Vicki holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in American Studies from York St. John University.
