Jeff Sinko

Jeff Sinko has a robust background in management and operations, currently serving as the General Manager at PaperWorks since June 2017. Prior to this role, Jeff held various positions at PepsiCo from August 2006 to June 2017, including Technical Director and Plant Production Manager, where responsibilities encompassed strategic planning, departmental policy execution, and the coaching of manufacturing teams. A notable achievement includes leading the integration of an automated packaging room and driving Lean Six Sigma initiatives. Jeff's expertise extended to areas such as staffing plans, compliance audits, and transportation network optimization. Jeff holds an MBA from the University of Windsor and a BBA with a concentration in Supply Chain Management from Wilfrid Laurier University.
