Nirav Shah

Nirav Shah has over 20 years of work experience, starting in 1996 with Milacron as a Sales and Project Engineer. Nirav analyzed specifications and prepared estimates for products and services. Nirav also worked as a Sr. Engineer, assisting with technical information, participating in trade shows, troubleshooting problems, and acting as a Field Service Technician and Project Manager.

In 2001, Shah moved to Cascades, where they served as a Business Integration + Quality Manager. Nirav focused on transforming quality systems and processes across the company and implementing Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing principles.

Since 2008, Shah has been with PaperWorks Industries, Inc. Nirav'sroles have included Business Team Leader, Sr. Business Team Manager, Sr. Director of Sales, and most recently, Vice President of Strategic Accounts & New Technology Innovation. In these positions, they have been responsible for executive account management, developing new business models and technology platforms, leading strategic visions, and working on cross-functional teams for various initiatives and projects.

Nirav Shah obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Six Sigma Black Belt from Breakthrough Management Group in 2006. Nirav also holds a B.E. Science degree in Plastics from Govt Polytechnic, earned between 1991 and 1995. In addition, they completed an Associate's Degree in Diploma in Information and Management System from National Computing Center in 1992.
