Denis Mathieu

Denis Mathieu has held several executive roles throughout their career. Denis began their career at Arthur Andersen & Co. as a Premier vérificateur, directeur from 1983 to 1988. Denis then joined La Corporation du Groupe La Laurentienne as a Directeur planification financière et controle from 1988 to 1994. Denis then moved to Transcontinental Inc., where they held various positions including Vice Président gestion des acquisitions/ VP merger and acquisitions from 2001 to 2004, Vice President Finance & administration, Secteur distribution from 1997 to 2001, and Contrôleur corporatif/Corporate controller from 1995 to 1997. Denis continued their career at Transcontinental Direct USA as an Executive Vice President, Operations from 2004 to 2007. Denis then joined Uni-Select Inc. as the VP exécutif services corporatifs et chef de la direction financière/EVP corporate services & CFO from 2007 to 2015. Currently, they are the Président et Chef de la direction of Novexco Inc., a position they have held since 2016.

Denis Mathieu completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree from Université Laval, studying between 1980 and 1983. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Université de Sherbrooke, earning their degree between 1989 and 1991.
