Emma Townshend

Emma Townshend has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Emma is currently the Head of Finance at Papier since April 2022, previously serving as the Finance Manager from April 2020 to March 2022. Prior to that, they held managerial roles at BDO UK LLP, specializing in advising and supporting early-stage businesses through their growth phase. Emma has a particular interest in helping businesses expand into overseas markets. Before their time at BDO UK LLP, they worked as a Senior Accountant and Auditor at Wellers from September 2013 to December 2016. Additionally, they served as a Rowing Coach at Green Templeton College, Oxford from September 2013 to August 2015, where they were responsible for coaching and developing novice rowers.

Emma Townshend attended Sir William Perkins School from 2002 to 2009, where they completed their high school education. From 2010 to 2013, they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in History with proficiency in French at the University of Exeter.
