Per Nærland

Per Nyström is an experienced Event Manager and Communications Strategist at Afa Insurance since January 2004, contributing to preventive projects in the insurance sector in Sweden. Nyström has also held various roles, including Learning Development Manager and Management Consultant, where significant achievements include developing dialogue tools for the public sector. As a consultant and owner of Provoke it since 1992, Nyström conducted a comparative study for EU social partners on addressing workplace violence. Previous experience includes project management at the Karolinska Medical Institute, management consulting at Cross Communication, and initiating U.S. operations for Borneo Internet Management. Educated at Växjö University and Université C. de l'Est, Nyström also has a background in military training and high school education.
