Anel Kordic

Anel Kordic started working at PAPREC in 2020 as an Ingenieur maintenance. Anel'sresponsibilities included managing maintenance tasks, creating and adapting a GMAO database, organizing emergency stock, researching and implementing innovative solutions to improve maintenance and operations, and directing and supporting team strategies. Anel also implemented procedures and protocols to enhance information collection on waste quality. In 2022, Anel joined A.T.M.O as an Ingénieur recherche/développement, where they participated in a study on manganese phosphating of outdoor steel use. Anel conducted research, validated protocols, and wrote reports on the use of manganese phosphating to improve steel corrosion resistance. Additionally, Anel worked as an Ingénieur amélioration continue, focusing on improving procedures and reducing costs through ongoing improvement projects and the implementation of performance indicators.
