Mickael Kipka

Mickael KIPKA has extensive experience in maintenance management, currently serving as the Responsable maintenance at PAPREC GROUP since May 2020. Previously, Mickael held the position of Responsable maintenance adjoint at JOVID'OR from September 2009 to May 2020, where responsibilities included supervising technicians, creating and managing preventive maintenance plans, overseeing stock management, planning external work based on production downtime, training and managing personnel, budgeting, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Earlier in Mickael's career, from September 2001 to August 2009, a role as a second maître in the Marine Nationale involved arms training and management of ammunition and preventive plans for heavy-caliber weapon systems. Mickael's educational background includes qualifications from lycée professionnel Aniche and the Marine Nationale in maintenance and hydraulics, as well as training as a mécanicien artillerie at the Centre d Instruction Naval de St Mandrier.
