Andrés Ballone has worked in a variety of roles across different companies since 2003. From 2003 to 2011, they worked as an Asistente de Supervisores for Atento Argentina, as an Online Marketing Specialist for NSB, and as an Interactive Project Manager for Procter & Gamble at Accenture. In 2011, they also began working as a Docente Titular for the Instituto de Periodismo 20 de Junio, teaching courses in Planificación de Emprendimientos Periodísticos and Periodismo Digital y Nuevas Tecnologías. From 2012 to 2014, they were a Profesor Adjunto at Universidad de Ciencias Empresariales y Sociales. In 2014, they began working as a Responsable de Contenidos Digitales for The Walt Disney Company, and in 2013 they began working as a Responsable de Comunicación Institucional y Eventos for Fundación Sagrada Familia. In 2015, they completed a Curso de Brand Management from University of Buenos Aires and in 2016, they completed an Inteligencia de Negocios (BI) y Métricas de Marketing from Universidad de Belgrano.
