Dylan Welsh is the President of Longfellow Drilling Services for PAR. Mr. Welsh assumed this role in 2018, where he oversees all operations for Longfellow Drilling. Prior to his current role, Mr. Welsh held several different positions within the civil engineering and foundation construction industry. Mr. Welsh initially joined PAR in 2017 as a Vice President of the Eastern Region at Longfellow Drilling and then was promoted to President soon after. He brings more than 10 years of utility industry experience to PAR, comprising both engineering and construction. Throughout his career, Mr. Welsh has held multiple engineering, business development, and operations management positions for several engineering and foundation construction companies in the United States. His overall responsibility includes some of the largest and most complex transmission line and substation foundation projects in the country. Mr. Welsh holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Missouri – Columbia and a Master of Business Administration from Ohio University. Mr. Welsh also holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute, a Fundamentals Engineer (FE) license, and a Construction Risk and Insurance Specialist (CRIS) certification from the International Risk Management Institute.
