Allison Childs

Allison Childs serves as Associate General Counsel at Par Pacific Holdings, Inc. since November 2019, previously holding the position of Senior Counsel. Additionally, Childs is a Board Member of The BEE Community, an organization dedicated to providing meaningful work and a supportive environment for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Prior experience includes roles at Latham & Watkins as an Attorney, as well as various positions such as Legal Extern at Denbury Resources Inc., Summer Associate at Latham & Watkins and Vinson & Elkins, and Judicial Extern for Chief Bankruptcy Judge Barbara J. Houser. Childs completed a Doctor of Law (J.D.) at SMU Dedman School of Law and earned a BBA in Accounting and Business Honors, along with an MS in Finance, from Texas A&M University.
