Rachel Brouhard

Rachel Brouhard currently serves as the Director of Operational Accounting at Par Pacific Holdings, Inc. since June 2025. Prior to this role, Rachel held various positions at Westlake from October 2014 to June 2025, including Division Controller for multiple divisions and Accounting Manager. Between January 2010 and October 2014, Rachel was a Plant Controller for Chemtura, overseeing operations at two locations in Louisiana and Michigan. Earlier experience includes serving as a Special Projects Officer at McNeese State University and a Senior Financial Analyst at ConocoPhillips, alongside a role as a Revenue Agent at the Louisiana Department of Revenue and Taxation. Rachel holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from McNeese State University.
