Shawn Rose (Marie)

Shawn "Marie" Rose has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Shawn "Marie" worked at Par Pacific Holdings, Inc. as a Senior HR Business Partner, where they were responsible for labor and employee relations in a union environment, including CBA negotiation and arbitration. Shawn "Marie" also handled recruitment, coaching, and development of the management team.

Prior to that, Shawn worked as an Independent Consultant in Business Operations and HR Management, providing consulting on recruitment, employee relations, and risk management. Shawn "Marie" completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Interdisciplinary, Human Development & Philosophy at Texas Tech University in 1994. Following that, in 2004, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Management with a focus on Organization Development and Human Resources at The University of Dallas.

In 2010, Shawn obtained a certification in Data Modeling/Warehousing and Database Administration from the University of Hawaii System. Shawn "Marie" further enhanced their expertise by earning the Data Base Administrator Certificate from the University of Hawaii at Manoa in May 2010. Additionally, they obtained the SPHR (Senior Professional of Human Resources) certification from the HR Certification Institute in January 2007.
