Will Monteleone

William Monteleone has served as the President since January 2023. Prior to that, he served as from March 2017 to December 2022 as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Monteleone became Senior Vice President of Mergers and Acquisitions in February 2015, and before that served as the company’s Chief Executive Officer beginning in June 2013. Since 2012, Mr. Monteleone has served on the Board of Directors for Par Pacific as well as on the Board of Managers for Laramie Energy, LLC, Par Pacific’s Colorado-based upstream asset. Prior joining Par Pacific, Mr. Monteleone was a Vice President at Equity Group Investments (EGI), the Chicago-based private investment firm founded and led by Sam Zell, where he was involved in a range of restructurings and investments primarily within the energy industry. Prior to EGI, Mr. Monteleone began his professional career at Banc of America Securities LLC. Mr. Monteleone previously served on the Board of Directors of Wapiti Oil and Gas I, LLC, Wapiti Oil and Gas II, LLC, and Kuwait Energy Company. Mr. Monteleone holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Vanderbilt University.
