Will Kent has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. William 'Will' started their career as a Mechanical Engineering Intern at CTA Architects Engineers in 2014, where they gained experience in designing commercial building spaces and HVAC systems. William 'Will' then worked as a Mechanical Test Engineer Co-Op at Parker Hannifin in 2015, where they focused on facilitating and performing tests on engineered polymer and rubber solutions.

In 2016, Will served as an ASC - Math Tutor at Montana State University Billings, helping students achieve understanding and success in math and other technical coursework. William 'Will' continued their engineering career as a Mechanical EIT at CTA Architects Engineers in 2017, where they gained further experience in mechanical engineering projects.

Will then joined Anvil Corporation as a Mechanical Engineer in 2017, where they contributed to various engineering projects. In 2019, they started working at ExxonMobil as a Fixed Equipment Mechanical Contact Engineer, responsible for troubleshooting mechanical events and providing cost-efficient solutions for process fixed equipment.

Currently, Will is working at Par Pacific Holdings, Inc. as a Mechanical Integrity and Reliability Engineer. William 'Will''sfocus is on Risk-Based Inspection and asset management, ensuring compliance with industry standards and operational requirements.
