Komal Vekariya

Komal Vekariya has a diverse range of experience in the field of Human Resources. Komal started their career as a Human Resources Trainee at an unspecified company in June 2014, where they gained practical experience in talent management, employee engagement, and HR administration. Following this, they worked as a Human Resources Executive from July 2015 to July 2016, focusing on creating a positive and inclusive work environment.

In July 2015, they also became a Senior Executive Human Resources, where they implemented strategic HR initiatives aligning with the company's goals and values. From August 2016 to August 2018, they served as the Human Resources Manager, collaborating closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to align HR strategies with overall business objectives.

Most recently, Komal Vekariya was the Head of Human Resources at Par Solution, where they were responsible for creating an environment where employees thrived and contributed their best. Komal demonstrated a strategic mindset and deep understanding of human capital management. Komal is currently Head of Human Resources at Wibes Co-Working Space, where they continue their work in creating an environment for employees to thrive and contribute their best.

Komal Vekariya pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Symbiosis Centre for Management Studies in Pune. Komal attended this institution from 2012 to 2014.
