Stephanie M.

Stephanie M. has extensive experience in talent management and organizational effectiveness. Stephanie currently holds the position of Head of Talent Development & Organizational Effectiveness at PaR Systems since August 2020. Prior to this, they worked at nVent as the Director of Talent Management and Development from August 2018 to August 2020, and as the Director of Talent Management from September 2016 to August 2018. Stephanie also has experience at Pentair as the Senior Manager of Talent Management from March 2013 to September 2016. Before that, they worked at ATK in various roles, including Manager of Talent Management and Training from November 2009 to February 2013, and as a Senior Talent Management Specialist from August 2007 to October 2009. Stephanie began their career at Target as an Organizational Effectiveness Specialist from 2004 to 2007 and at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage as a Learning and Development Consultant from 2003 to 2004, and as a Training and Support Specialist from 2000 to 2003.

Stephanie M. has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Business Marketing Education from the University of Minnesota. Stephanie also holds a Master of Education (MEd) degree in Human Resource Development, also from the University of Minnesota. Additionally, Stephanie has obtained a certification in TalentTelligent's All-Access Certification from TalentTelligent in July 2022.
