Shelby Mitchell

Shelby Mitchell has extensive work experience in the field of electrical contracting. Shelby started their career at PAR Electrical Contractors, Inc. in 2008 as a Project Manager. In this role, they were responsible for ensuring the quality, profitability, and client satisfaction of multiple projects, overseeing pre-construction, project scope, and scope changes, as well as project closeout. Shelby also tracked project status and milestones, resolved issues, and developed recovery plans for potential project delays. In 2022, Shelby joined PAR Western Line Contractors, LLC, initially as a Project Manager and later as a Project Management Supervisor. Shelby then served as the Business Operations Manager before being promoted to the role of Director of Operations in 2023.

From 2004 to 2008, Shelby Mitchell attended UC Santa Barbara where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Law and Society.
