Director of Content and Production at PAR

Carrie Champ Morera, PsyD has over 18 years of experience in the field of psychology. Carrie began their career in 2001 as a Psychological Associate at Riverside Psychological Associates, providing psychological evaluations, eligibility determinations, and other assessments for referred child and adult clients, as well as providing individual therapy to child and adult clients. In the same year, they also began working as a School Psychologist at Northern Lebanon School District, assessing student placement through appropriate testing and diagnostic practices, preparing and submitting required reports, and interpreting evaluation results to school personnel, other concerned professionals, parents, and students.

In 2003, they began working as a Manager, Admissions Assessment at Milton Hershey School, leading the assessment function in the review and assessment of prospective students and applicants, as well as collaborating cross-functionally within the Admissions Office and the school for developing and leading projects and assignments related to the overall goals of the School. Carrie also held the role of Pre-Doctoral Intern, Psychological Services at Milton Hershey School, providing individual and group therapy to children and adolescents, performing competent assessments of behavioral and learning disorders, and serving as a member of treatment teams.

Since 2003, they have also worked as an independent contractor as a Licensed Psychologist, conducting psychological, personality, and psychoeducational evaluations, providing therapy, counseling, and psychotherapy intakes and sessions, and providing telehealth services since 2015.

In 2019, they began their current role as Director of Content and Production at PAR - Psychological Assessment Resources, providing overall leadership to the Content and Production teams in R&D, overseeing the product development operations to ensure smooth flow and efficiency, devising strategies to improve process, managing scholarly marketing planning, and collaborating with marketing, sales, and IT on product acquisition, product development, and other related activities. Carrie also held the role of Lead Project and Content Director, releasing over 30 products and 120 webinars, providing overall management to the Content team in R&D, and being responsible for the overall management of the team’s projects from acquisition through product completion. Carrie also held the role of Project Director, in alignment with the company’s business goals, assisting the Vice President, Chief Project Officer in driving product strategy, definition, and execution for PAR’s clinical assessment product line, supervising, leading, and developing research assistants and interns, and engaging in scholarly marketing activities.

Carrie Champ Morera, PsyD has a Doctor of Psychology from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, a Master of Science (M.S.) in School Psychology from Millersville University of Pennsylvania, and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology from Lebanon Valley College. Carrie has obtained additional certifications including Nutritional Psychology from John F. Kennedy University, Distance Credentialed Counselor (DCC) from the Center For Credentialing & Education, TMHI Certified Telemental Health Practitioner from the Telemental Health Institute, Inc., Licensed Psychologist from the Pennsylvania State Board of Psychology, Certificate in Cognitive Behavior Therapy from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, Licensed Professional Counselor from the Pennsylvania State Board of Social Workers, Marriage and Family Therapists, and Professional Counselors, Nationally Certified School Psychologist from the National School Psychology Certification System, Certified School Psychologist from the Pennsylvania Department of Education, Board Certified - TeleMental Health Provider (BC-TMH), and Licensed Psychologist from the Texas State Board of Examiners of Psychologists.
