Karen Falconer PHR, SHRM-CP has been in the Human Resources field since 2008. Karen Falconer began their career at Firm Solutions as a Human Resources Generalist. In 2015, they joined USC Consulting Group as a Senior Human Resources Director. In 2021, they became the VP of Human Resources at PAR - Psychological Assessment Resources.

Karen Falconer PHR, SHRM-CP has a Bachelor's degree from the University of Virginia. Karen Falconer obtained a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education in December 2021. Karen Falconer also obtained their SHRM-CP from SHRM in February 2015 and their Professional in Human Resource Management from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in May 2014.
