Marisol Naranjo-Herrera

Marisol Naranjo-Herrera is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion, currently serving as the Managing Director of DEIJB at Para Los Niños since August 2023. As the Owner and Lead Facilitator at Sol Coaching & Consulting LLC since November 2018, Marisol focuses on building personal and collective capacity at the intersection of education, equity, and healing justice. Prior roles include serving as Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Director at Alliance College-Ready Public Schools and as an Equity Consultant & Facilitator at the Center for Equity and Inclusion. Marisol's background encompasses a variety of positions dedicated to youth development, community engagement, and organizational capacity building, complemented by advanced degrees in Public Administration and Social Work from the University of Southern California, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Political Science from UC Santa Barbara.
