Brandon Allgood

Brandon Allgood is a highly experienced professional in data science and artificial intelligence, currently serving as Chief Data Science Officer at Parabilis Medicines since November 2023, focusing on the Helicon platform and clinical work. As Principal Owner of Obsidian Scientific, LLC and a Lecturer in Machine Learning at the University of California, Berkeley, Brandon engages in academia while providing expert guidance as a Senior Advisor at Belharra Therapeutics and a member of the advisory committee at Domino Data Lab. Previous roles include Chief AI Officer and Senior Vice President of Data Science & AI at Valo, and Co-Founder & CTO of Numerate, Inc., which was acquired by Valo Health. In addition, Brandon is a founding board member of the Alliance for Artificial Intelligence in Healthcare and has extensive advisory experience, having contributed to multiple organizations including Lanza Tech Ventures. Academic credentials include a PhD in Physics from the University of California, Santa Cruz, and a cum laude B.S. in Physics from the University of Washington.
