Osvaldo Gonzalez

Osvaldo Gonzalez is an experienced professional in the field of geographic information systems and social work, currently serving as Técnico Social de Campo at Paracel since June 2022. Previously, Osvaldo worked as an Analista de sistemas de información geográfica at A Todo Pulmón Paraguay Respira, contributing to the implementation of a territorial management model in the Ybytyruzú area and overseeing community initiatives. Additional roles include serving as an Asistente de Sistemas de Información Geográfica for PNUD Paraguay, where technical support was provided for the National Forest Information System, and working as Técnico de Sistemas de Información Geográfica with the Municipalidad de Asunción, involved in mapping health and environmental interventions. Osvaldo holds a postgraduate specialization in Geographic Information Systems and Remote Sensing from Universidad del Pacífico Paraguay and a degree in Environmental Engineering from Universidad Nacional de Asunción.
