Dominic Scaffidi

Dominic Scaffidi is an accomplished executive coach with extensive experience in leadership development and organizational effectiveness. Since 2008, Dominic has served as President and CEO of HR Possibilities Inc., focusing on executive and team coaching to enhance individual and collective performance. In addition to this role, Dominic has worked as an Executive Coach Associate at Parachute Executive Coaching since 2017 and previously at Lee Hecht Harrison Knightsbridge from 2009 to 2022. Prior to these coaching roles, Dominic held significant positions in human resources, including Vice President of Human Resources at Loblaw Companies Limited and Director of HR for North America at Open Text Corporation. Dominic's educational background includes a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Toronto, a Graduate Certification in Executive Coaching, and training in various coaching methodologies.
