Emily Bajcsi

Emily Bajcsi currently serves as the Chief Compliance Officer and Senior Legal Advisor at Parachute Health, a position held since March 2025, following a tenure at Epstein Becker & Green, P.C. from September 2007 to February 2025, where contributions included significant roles as Of Counsel and Partner. During this time, Emily Bajcsi developed a successful practice focusing on a wide variety of health care stakeholders, with extensive expertise in post-acute and long-term care, hospital and health system representation, and advisory services for pharmaceutical manufacturers and investors within the healthcare sector. Prior experience also includes an interim role as Chief Compliance & Privacy Officer at Abode Healthcare, where leadership in compliance and legal risk management was achieved during critical organizational growth. Emily Bajcsi holds a J.D. from Boston College Law School and a B.S. in Biology from the University of Denver.
