Mehdi Ait Oufkir

Mehdi Ait Oufkir is the COO at Parachute Home. Mehdi was previously the head of CRM product and technology at Walmart eCommerce, where they built the CRM technology practice and led a team of 50 associates. Mehdi also launched new customer-facing omni-channel programs and started the CRM data practice. Before that, they were the founder of PunchTab, an omni-channel incentive Saas platform for CPG brands and retailers. Mehdi led the company to power over 20,000 programs and raised $12M in venture capital to scale the organization. Mehdi sold the company to Walmart in order to seed the Customer Relationship practice.

Mehdi Ait Oufkir completed a Master's degree in Computer Science at Polytech Nantes and a DUT in Computer Science at Institut Universitaire de technologie.
