Rowanne Caraig

Rowanne Caraig, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Sr. Manager of People Operations at Parachute Home since October 2020, having previously held the role of People Operations Manager. Prior to this position, Rowanne worked at Honey as a People Operations Specialist from September 2019 to September 2020. Rowanne's earlier experience includes roles as Culture and Engagement Lead, HR Coordinator, and HR Assistant at ConsumerTrack, Inc., as well as a Recipe Developer at GOBankingRates. Additional experience encompasses positions such as Digital Marketing Intern/Manager's Assistant at The Runway Restaurant and Tasting Room Associate at Falcor Winery. Rowanne began career-related experiences as an intern at Michael Brito's Your Brand: The Next Media Company and as a Hostess at Tyler Florence's Rotisserie & Wine, along with an early role as a Sales Associate at BCBG Max Azria.
