Joerg Proeve is a seasoned executive in the insurance industry with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as the Managing Director at Breezy Insurance since 2024, Joerg focuses on providing practical solutions for complex risks and expert consulting services. As a Co-Founder and CEO of Parachute from 2020 to 2024, Joerg launched a parametric insurance startup that streamlined the claims process for hurricane-related damages. Prior experience includes roles such as COO of BOXX Insurance Inc., Vice President at CNA Insurance, and Assistant Vice President at Chubb, where Joerg led strategic initiatives and corporate strategies to enhance growth. Joerg's career also encompasses strategic consulting roles at Marakon and Kearney, as well as a business development position at Siemens in cybersecurity. Joerg holds an Executive Management Program degree from The Wharton School, an MBA from London Business School, and a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from Karlsruhe Institute of Technology.
