Dr. Radhika Jade currently serves as the Head of Strategy & Analytics at Parachute Technologies PVT LTD, a tech start-up focused on innovations in spatial sciences and artificial intelligence for future combat aircraft solutions. With extensive experience in research and academia, Dr. Jade has held the position of Director at Parkes and Rao Research International since January 2019, and has previously worked as an Advisory Manager at Trianz, where responsibilities included advising on research methodology and data quality. Prior roles include Senior Researcher at Ericsson, Senior Researcher at the University of Pardubice, Associate Professor at IFIM Business School, Academic Intern at IIMB, and Faculty and Research Associate at Alliance University Business School. Dr. Jade's educational background includes a Post-Doctorate in Passenger Behaviour from the University of Pardubice and a PhD in Management from Kuvempu Vishwavidyanilaya, among other qualifications.
