Vann Arcalas

Vann Arcalas is an experienced IT professional with a career spanning over a decade in various technical support and engineering roles. Currently serving as a Service Desk Engineer II at Parachute Technology, Inc. since November 2020, Vann has previously worked as an Associate IT Operations Engineer at Sophos and an IT Support Engineer at White & Case LLP. Earlier in the career, Vann held positions as an IT Engineer/Network Services and Tier 2 Microsoft Tech Support at Concentrix, as well as Technical Support roles for Microsoft and Dell at Sitel. Vann commenced the IT journey at Max's Group Inc. as an IT Support specialist. Vann holds a Bachelor's degree from Colegio de Dagupan, completed in 2008.
