Rich Lamb

Rich Lamb is an experienced educator and leader with a diverse background in management, business development, and health services. Currently serving as a Teacher and Trainer at Paraclete Mission Group since July 2020, Rich focuses on Biblical models of leadership. Prior roles include Director at Tanner Care, where Rich provided coaching and support for chronic disease prevention, and Director of Development at NuSci Nutrition Science Foundation, emphasizing strategic planning and grant writing. As Division Director at Tanner Research, Rich managed software development projects, and also served as an Adjunct Faculty member at Life Pacific College. With previous experience as a Partner at Biofuel Solutions Africa and National Field Director at InterVarsity Christian Fellowship/USA, Rich has built a robust career dedicated to leadership development and community service. Rich holds a Master’s Degree in Business Leadership and Organizational Development from Azusa Pacific University and dual bachelor’s degrees in Chemistry and Economics from Stanford University.
